Therapy Services

Individual therapy offers a space where you can show up as you are and feel genuinely understood. Sessions are collaborative and paced in a way that feels supportive, allowing you to explore what’s been weighing on you without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.

We focus on understanding patterns, working through experiences, and finding more supportive ways of responding to challenges. This might include navigating difficult emotions, processing experiences, or building a stronger sense of trust in yourself.

Because each person’s experience is different, our work together is tailored to your needs, your goals, and what feels most important to you.

EMDR therapy is an evidence-based approach that helps your brain process and heal from difficult or overwhelming experiences. When something feels distressing, it doesn’t always get fully processed, which can cause it to continue showing up in your thoughts, emotions, or body.

In sessions, we focus on specific experiences while using bilateral stimulation, such as eye movements, tapping, or alternating audio. This supports your brain in reprocessing what feels stuck so it can begin to feel less intense and more manageable over time.

Rather than trying to change your thoughts or force emotions to go away, EMDR works with your brain’s natural ability to heal. As the process unfolds, many people notice they feel less reactive, more grounded, and more able to move forward without the past feeling as overwhelming.

EMDR can be incorporated into traditional talk therapy or used as a primary approach on its own, depending on what feels most aligned with your needs.

EMDR can be helpful for a wide range of experiences, especially when something feels difficult to fully move past. This may include:

  • Feeling triggered or emotionally reactive
  • Anxiety or ongoing worry
  • Distressing or intrusive memories
  • Grief and loss
  • Experiences that still feel “stuck” or unresolved
  • Difficulty feeling fully present or at ease

You don’t need to have experienced a major traumatic event for EMDR to be helpful. Even experiences that may seem small can have a lasting impact, and EMDR can help process those in a way that feels more manageable.

If you have questions about EMDR, we can talk through what the process looks like and whether it feels like a good fit for you.

Mother-daughter therapy creates space to work through tension, improve communication, and build a stronger, more supportive relationship. Sessions are structured in a way that allows both of you to share openly, while also helping guide conversations so they feel productive rather than overwhelming.

We focus on understanding each other’s perspectives, working through patterns that lead to conflict or distance, and developing more supportive ways of connecting. This may include learning how to navigate difficult conversations, respond differently in moments of tension, and build a greater sense of emotional safety within the relationship.
